Annual Fall New Faculty/ Graduate Assistant Workshops
August 17 and 18, 2009
The 2009 New Faculty Workshop and the Graduate Assistant Workshops, sponsored by the Center for Faculty Development (CFD), will be held Monday, August 17. The Faculty Workshop will continue Tuesday, August 18.
These workshops have been a tradition at UNO for over 30 years. It provides new faculty and new teaching assistants with an opportunity to meet one another in an informal setting while learning about UNO—our metropolitan mission and strategic goals, our students, our academic support services, and faculty development opportunities.
For more information about the workshops, contact the Center for Faculty Development at 4-2427 or unofacdev@unomaha.edu or contact Deborah Smith-Howell, Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Dean for Graduate Studies at 4-4849 or dsmith-howell@unomaha.edu .
